Accessibility
Compliance status of apprendre-ia.qdna.fr with the French accessibility framework RGAA, known non-conformities and how to report an obstacle to us.
Compliance status
The site apprendre-ia.qdna.fr is partially compliant with the French accessibility framework RGAA, version 4.1, because of the non-conformities listed below. QDNA is not subject to the obligation of article 47 of French law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005, but holds itself to that standard for a site whose purpose is teaching.
Audit results
The internal audit carried out on 10 September 2026 covered a sample of six representative pages: the home page, one lesson, the My progress dashboard, the prompt composer and the two legal pages, along with the four style sheets and the interaction scripts. About 85% of the applicable criteria are met. No full third-party RGAA audit has been carried out yet: until one has, the status shown remains "partially compliant".
Non-accessible content
The non-conformities known at the date of publication, with the RGAA criterion involved.
| RGAA criterion | Non-conformity |
|---|---|
| 3.2 and 3.3 | The purple small-caps labels and the active navigation link stay below the 4.5:1 contrast ratio on some backgrounds. The border of input fields does not reach the 3:1 ratio expected for a user interface component. |
| 5.7 | Table header cells do not yet carry a scope attribute. |
| 7.1 | The quiz marks the answer as soon as the selection changes: with a keyboard, moving through the options with the arrow keys validates the answer before the choice is made. |
| 8.7 | English source titles quoted inside French pages are not marked with a language change. |
| 10.7 | There is no global visible focus rule: content links and buttons rely on the browser indicator, which reads poorly on purple areas. |
| 11.10 | Required form fields carry neither aria-invalid nor a linked error message. |
| 12.6 | The lesson-to-lesson navigation blocks and the scrollable table containers do not have an accessible name yet. |
Outside the scope of the framework, reported for honesty: the alternative texts of the diagrams are very long, a structured transcript under the caption would be preferable.
What is compliant and verified
Every image carries alternative text, each page has a single level-one heading and a skip link, the header, nav, main, footer structure is systematic, the current page is marked with aria-current, no non-interactive element carries a click handler, no tab order is forced, zoom is not blocked, the mobile menu closes with the Escape key and returns focus, the diagram viewer is a native dialog. Quiz feedback and dashboard messages are announced through live regions. The primary button reaches 4.5:1 in both themes.
Action plan
The corrections listed above are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. A full RGAA audit will be commissioned once they are delivered.
