In brief. You have Microsoft 365 at the office, so you already have Copilot Chat. This site teaches you to get useful work out of it, without jargon and without an extra licence: write a complete prompt, provide the right source, check an answer, then iterate, chain, and equip your team.

Each lesson takes fifteen to twenty minutes and ends with a graded quiz and a proof of mastery: your final prompt and the result obtained, kept in your portfolio. One badge per level attests to your progress, with no ranking and no overall score.
