In brief. This course is for employees who have Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, the Copilot included in Microsoft 365 plans, without a paid licence. It starts from zero and climbs to expert level in four steps: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert.

Each lesson lasts fifteen to twenty minutes and follows the same cycle. You start with a cold attempt, unaided, to measure your starting point. You then read the concept, illustrated by a diagram, then a worked example comparing a weak prompt and a strong one. You move on to the exercise, read the trap, answer three quiz questions with instant feedback, and submit a proof of mastery: your final prompt and the result obtained. This proof feeds your portfolio and counts towards the level badge.

Without an account, everything stays readable and your progress is kept in your browser. With an account, opened by a simple link sent by email, you find it on all your devices and earn your badges.
